Frequently asked questions
The Disability Tech Summit is a global gathering of innovators, researchers, industry leaders, and people with lived experience of disability. Held at Sydney Town Hall on 11 November 2025, the Summit showcases how technology and AI can drive accessibility, equity, and inclusion through keynotes, panels, workshops, and startup showcases.
Startup Alley is a showcase of some of our Remarkable startups demonstrating breakthrough Disability Tech. In 2025, external applications to exhibit are not available.
Tickets are available through Humanitix, with early bird prices available for a limited time.
All tickets include:
• Full access to the Disability Tech Summit program on 11 November including keynotes, panels and workshops, as well as Startup Alley and the Remarkable Showcase, then finishing the day with the Re-Mix closing party.
• Your ticket includes hospitality across the day (barista coffee, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening canapés/drinks).
We are committed to making the Disability Tech Summit an inclusive and accessible experience for all. We will have the following supports available:
• Auslan interpreters
• Live captioning
• Hearing loop
• Step-free access for wheelchair users
• Fully accessible bathrooms
• All-gender bathrooms
• Low-sensory quiet room
• Assistance animals welcome
• Accessible signage and dedicated wayfinding support
We ask that you share any specific accommodations or adjustments needed to support you to fully participate in the Disability Tech Summit.
The Disability Tech Summit takes place on Tuesday 11 November 2025, 8:450am–8:00pm at Sydney Town Hall. The accessible entrance is via Druitt Street, opposite the Queen Victoria Building, with level access and lifts to all public floors. A smaller Leaders Forum will be held on Monday 10 November by invitation only.
Remarkable Showcase is the final session of the day where our startups from the accelerator cohort will be pitching as well as some of our other startups. This is a replacement for Demo Day this year.
• Inclusive Access – Discounted ticket for students, concession card holders, and people with lived experience of disability. (includes a free Companion Pass)
• General Admission Pass – Standard full-day ticket.
• Corporate Pass – For professionals in corporate, government, and industry.
Yes. Through our Gift-a-Ticket program, we aim to ensure the Summit is accessible to all.
This program allows supporters to purchase a Gift-a-Ticket for $150 + GST + fee, which provides a person with disability the opportunity to attend the Disability Tech Summit and be part of shaping the future of Disability Tech.

The Summit will not be live streamed. However, selected sessions will be recorded and highlights will be shared online afterwards with captions and transcripts available.
