Zara Fulton leads investments in scalable solutions for people with cerebral palsy and other complex disabilities. Before joining Remarkable, she was Associate Director of Strategy at Genomatica, where she drove portfolio strategy for sustainable materials technologies, and a Principal Strategy Consultant at Norstella, advising pharmaceutical companies across the drug development lifecycle. Earlier in her career, she held scientific roles at Johnson & Johnson and The Scripps Research Institute, contributing to influenza and vaccine research.
Zara has also helped shape national innovation policy through her work at the Australian Government’s Department of Industry, Science and Resources. She holds a PhD in Structural Biology and a Master of Public Policy, and brings a distinctly cross-sector perspective to venture capital—backing technologies shaped by lived experience and designed for impact.
