The Problem

Providing sustainable healthcare options to ensure people get care with better experiences and outcomes, as needed. And for health providers to provide care options to customers whilst saving money. Offering a high value solution in a scaleable technology to meet the needs of people with mobility requirements. At a time where people are asking for affordable, evidenced-based solutions for use from home - Peak delivers this through their Ai medical software solution.

The Solution

Introducing Peaks Medical Software App and Platform. Unlike any other solution, Peak has navigated rigorous trials and taken the regulatory pathway to offer the only platform delivering clinical advice directly to users, live, from home. Meet the App, aka BIBO, designed for patients battling joint disease, preparing or recovering from surgery, or for the person with a long-standing mobility issue or who is a falls risk. Whether facing long waitlists for surgery or managing chronic conditions like Osteoarthritis, BIBO empowers users with home-based exercises and education. What makes BIBO extraordinary? It recreates the face-to-face clinic experience, delivering clinically-driven, accessible, and affordable care on demand. Allowing users to progress from the comfort of home - a solution to guide you through situations like pain during exercise at home. With higher adherence, engagement, and better outcomes, BIBO ensures you'll thrive.

Hi, I'm Hayley Saddington, Founder and CEO of Peak Medical. My passion for accessible healthcare began when I was just a kid on my family’s farm, 500 kilometers from the nearest hospital. One day, while helping my dad, he had a severe farming accident that resulted in an amputation. The long and difficult rehabilitation process that followed was incredibly hard on our entire family. I saw firsthand how tough it was to access the care he needed, and from that moment, I knew something had to change. People deserve better access to healthcare, no matter where they live.

Today, 70% of people worldwide who need physiotherapy don’t get it, and the impact is devastating. People are left to struggle with pain, mobility issues, and reduced quality of life, which also drives up healthcare costs.

As our global population ages, this problem grows even more urgent. Over 800 million people are aged 65 and older, and our healthcare systems are under immense pressure to keep up. This lack of support leads to worsening health outcomes, longer hospital stays, and higher risks for falls, all contributing to a poorer quality of life.

At Peak Medical, we’ve made it our mission to solve this. We’ve developed BIBO, the world’s first AI-powered digital clinical physiotherapist that provides personalised care at home. A regulatory pathway allows BIBO to deliver clinical advice to people live, in their home.  BIBO is available 24/7, making physiotherapy 20 times more affordable and accessible than traditional care.

BIBO is a platform that connects essential data to the care team alongside a clinical app that prepares and recovers people with mobility conditions. A translatable clinical system to help people who suffer with Osteoarthritis, with aged related falls, joint surgery and those with a disability, and its for both adults and children. Its a clinical solution designed for use across both the private and public health systems.

This isn’t just a fitness app; it’s a clinical solution. BIBO uses computer vision to monitor movements, providing real-time feedback, and adjusts care when pain or issues arise, guiding patients through safe and effective recovery.

Our technology has been validated through trials with Australian Catholic University, and we’re preparing for hospital trials. We’re backed by a network of experts, including Professor David Hunter, a world leader in osteoarthritis research. Together, we’re ready to take BIBO to the next level and address the pressing needs of global healthcare.

I’m proud to lead a passionate and skilled team. Our CTO, Roy, has built a robust platform, while our clinical team led by Sara Gentin and Chloe Hamersley, ensures that BIBO meets the highest standards of clinical efficacy. Together, we’re driving forward to make physiotherapy accessible to everyone.

We are currently raising funds and seeking investors to help us commercialise BIBO. Our mission is to transform physiotherapy access and improve lives globally. Join us in revolutionising healthcare and ensuring access is no longer a barrier to anyone.

Thank you.
