Introducing

The Care Co teaches kids aged 5-12 mental health habits in the classroom and beyond.

The Problem

How to bring evidence-based psychology practices to primary education classrooms worldwide. Why? To teach all kids mental health hygiene and habits as part of their core school curriculum and better equip all young people with this fundamental life skill. With childhood and adult mental health rates declining, we need to be better preparing the next generation with key coping skills and emotional self-awareness from day one.

The Solution

A scalable, digitally-based solution that will make it easy for all educators to teach tangible mental health habits in primary education classrooms; and, a scalable way to equip kids with mental health activities within their ability level and means to action on their own.
