We are so excited to welcome 32 early-stage startups from 7 different operating countries into our 2025 Launcher Pre-Accelerator program! This year’s cohort brings together a diverse group of Disability Tech innovators: 13% are at ideas stage, 69% are building a prototype or MVP, and 19% are in-market. Over the next eight weeks, these founders will dive into an online journey of learning, testing, and growth. We can’t wait to follow their progress and cheer them on!

Our Global Head of Programs, Emma Earley, shares more about why this group is truly remarkable:

“With a record 115 applications for cohort 3 of Launcher, selecting just 32 startups was more challenging than ever. This cohort reflects the depth and diversity of innovation in Disability Tech across industries, product type and representation.
I’m incredibly proud to share that 53% of teams have at least one person with lived experience of disability and/or neurodivergence. These founders aren’t just building businesses—they’re shaping a more accessible inclusive future for everyone.”

Launcher is proudly supported by our Remarkable Partners -  TPG Telecom Foundation, LaunchVic and Toyota - and backed by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. We’re also immensely grateful to our amazing coaches, who dedicate their time and share their expertise to help accelerate Disability Tech innovators.
