Supporting Startups Solving Real Problems
One of the best parts of my role at Remarkable is meeting founders who are solving real-world problems, especially when they centre people with disability in the process. That’s exactly what the team at Hayylo is doing.
I’m thrilled to share that we’ve made a Series A investment in Hayylo, a platform helping care providers deliver more connected, responsive, and human-centred support.
This investment was made through our Scaler co-investment initiative, which backs Disability Tech ventures across Australia, the UK, the US, and beyond. Scaler gives us the opportunity to support founders beyond our Accelerator program and Hayylo is a fantastic example of what that looks like.
Meet Hayylo
Co-founded in 2016 by Greg Satur and Simon Heaysman, Hayylo is a B2B client communication platform designed to simplify and strengthen communication in community care. It connects care teams with clients through phone, app, SMS, and email, helping everyone stay in the loop.
Hayylo supports over 60,000 end users, including 2,000 people with disability. By streamlining communication, it helps care providers reduce delays, build trust, and create more personalised care experiences.
Co-Designed With Lived Experience
What stood out to me about Hayylo was its unwavering focus on the end user. The platform isn’t just a piece of tech—it’s a tool built with and for the people who rely on it. Hayylo continues to co-design with people with lived experience, making sure the platform works in the real world, for real people. That kind of accountability is essential—and it’s something we deeply value at Remarkable.
Hayylo also integrates easily with the systems that care providers are already using. That means no major overhaul is needed, just a smoother, more efficient way to deliver care. And because it’s white-labelled, providers can customise the platform to fit their own branding and workflows.
As Greg Satur, CEO of Hayylo, explains:
“My co-founder and I have seen families go above and beyond for their loved ones. In tandem, the pressures on providers to deliver responsive and efficient quality services is paramount. We are creating seamless connections between teams and users, reducing misunderstandings and delays while delivering required efficiency for teams,” said Satur, CEO at Hayylo. “Our goal is to optimise community care outcomes while improving the experience for everyone involved.”
A Shared Mission
At Remarkable, we’re on a mission to support tech startups that are improving the lives of people with disability —and we’re proud to welcome Hayylo into that community.
Our Scaler initiative is designed to support founders at the next stage of growth. If you're working on tech that drives inclusion, accessibility, or equity—and you're looking for strategic investment—we want to connect with you.
