Maddy Scavone, Founder, Speckles [00:05 – 00:14]

I wanted to join the Remarkable program to be part of the great community that they have and to work towards a future that’s actually providing access to everyone.

Sarah Everitt, Director and Co-Founder, MediStays [00:15 – 00:29]

Everybody within the Remarkable team is so passionate about positively impacting the lives of people with disabilities. So for the startups involved in the program, it’s like they’re just fully immersed in helping us to succeed.

Matt Leete, Founder, Spix App [00:30-00:32]

I’ve always been interested in building tools for communication and self-expression. I feel like they’re really fundamental components of who we are, of living life.

Jatin Wadhwa, Founder, Humane [00:40-00:45]

It’s the focus of being disability tech specific that makes Remarkable really great.

Emma Lofting, Artistic Director Theraplay.TV [00:45-00:53]

When I started working with children and young people with disabilities, it not only made me happy, but it positively impacted their lives and made them happy too.

Penny Weber, Founder of Recovawear and Wearable and Co [00:53-01:03]

If you’re gifted with something like the rest of your life. What do you do with it? How do you make an impact? How do you make things better? How can you take the lessons that you’ve learned to help other people. It’s a gift.
